The Treasury in Pontiac, Michigan is a gem of a wedding venue. Located in the heart of downtown, the old bank has been restored to bring a certain old-money charm to the guest experience. Tucked in the basement of the venue is an old bank vault, perfect for wedding party photos. The main wedding floor has two levels - a lower level with a dancefloor, and the upper level that overlooks everything below. Many wedding ceremonies are held on the second floor of the Treasury, making it versatile for couples.
Matt and Caroline are regular stars in plays and greatly enjoy theater. Their wedding theme was a play called, "The Wedding!" A wonderful tribute to their beloved careers. Their seating chart consisted of different plays that they adored, with theatrical themes throughout the night including Caroline putting on a choreographed first dance with her father! Props were brought out, the DJ was in on the gig, and the audience went wild.

Wow Factors
Stunning interior with an old-timey feel.
Staff was incredible. The Treasury staff went out of their way to help when they could, and were very respectful during toasts and dances.
Their bread and butter. That's all. That's the note.
Lots of room that still feels intimate. The lower level is expansive, allowing for guests to easily walk in between tables and around the area.
Neat wedding party area in the vault.
Second floor was expansive allowing for even more tables or a ceremony space.
The third floor had another fun private suite for late night photos of the bride and groom.
Things to Consider
Parking was a bit of a pain. For guests, Valet was one of the only options unless you got lucky enough to snag a street spot close to the venue.
While the space is pretty, it does need a little dressing up to really sing.
